UX Design Manager & Systems Architect
With over a decade of experience in UX and design systems, I help bridge the gap between technology, creativity, and human-centered design. I am passionate about building scalable design systems, empowering teams through strategic leadership, and fostering collaborative environments that drive both innovation and efficiency.
Currently, I lead a team of talented designers at a global consulting firm, ensuring consistency across our internal design systems and piloting initiatives that elevate our user experiences. My expertise lies in simplifying complex workflows, guiding cross-functional teams, and establishing best practices that align with business objectives while keeping user needs at the forefront.
Throughout my career, I've pioneered design systems, spearheaded rapid prototyping efforts, and developed tools to streamline and enhance design processes—including leading an initiative to integrate Generative AI to automate mundane tasks. I have successfully upskilled over 120 designers in Figma, facilitated workshops, and created extensive documentation to support and inspire design teams.
Beyond my work in design systems and UX, I enjoy exploring creative outlets that merge technology with meaningful experiences. Whether it's building a digital garden, running community workshops, or experimenting with new productivity frameworks, I'm always searching for ways to make technology more engaging, human, and fun.
